(TMI I know, but, well, that's why the separate blog - though God certainly knows the Episco-world doesn't need another blog.)

Joe was the lead author of the new Title IV, the Canons that change the way we deal with clergy accused of misconduct. He also explains the remarkable experience the Canons Committee had in coming to unanimous vote to recommend the resolution. Go Joe! Way to serve the Church! We're proud of you.
